AI Video & Creative Designer

Create the videos and ad images that power real estate campaigns for 10+ clients. Most of your work is making videos with AI tools, then editing them into finished ads. You'll also design the static images we run alongside them.

Pune only. This role is full-time from our Bavdhan, Pune office, 6 days a week. No remote or hybrid option. Please apply only if you live in Pune or are moving here before joining.

The Role

What you'll actually do.

You'll make 20 to 40 videos a month for our clients' Meta and Google ad campaigns and for our founder's own content, plus the ad images that go with them. This is a focused creative role: no ad buying, no sales, no side projects. We already pay for the tools, including Higgsfield, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, Captions.ai, Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and we'll buy anything else you need. What we need from you is great work, delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Day to day.

Create AI videos for real estate ads using Higgsfield, Google Flow and similar tools
Add AI voiceovers with ElevenLabs and captions with Captions.ai
Edit everything into finished ads and reels, sized for each platform
Design static ad images and carousels for performance campaigns
Write and polish hooks, on-screen text and ad copy in clear English and Hindi
Make several versions of each ad so the team can test what works
Track which creatives get the best results and do more of what works

What We're Looking For

Requirements.

A portfolio of AI videos you've made yourself; this is the first thing we look at
Hands-on with AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Google Flow (Veo), Kling or Runway
Comfortable editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
Can design clean ad images in Canva, Photoshop or with AI image tools
Strong written English and Hindi: your on-screen text and copy must be error-free
Fast and reliable: can deliver 1–2 finished videos a day
Ad or real estate creative experience is a strong plus
Based in Pune and able to work from our Bavdhan office, 6 days a week
