Performance Marketer

Run Meta and Google Ads lead-generation campaigns for 10+ real estate developers and channel partners, and be the person our clients speak to about their results. When your campaigns deliver and clients stay, you earn more.

Pune only. This role is full-time from our Bavdhan, Pune office, 6 days a week. No remote or hybrid option. Please apply only if you live in Pune or are moving here before joining.

The Role

What you'll actually do.

You'll own the Meta and Google Ads campaigns for a set of our real estate clients, from launch to optimisation to reporting. Every campaign is judged on qualified leads, site visits and bookings, not just clicks or cost per lead. You'll also be the main point of contact for those clients: explaining results, sharing plans and keeping them confident. Our in-house creative team makes the videos and ad images; you decide what to test and what to scale.

Responsibilities

Day to day.

  • Plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads lead-generation campaigns for real estate clients
  • Manage budgets, audiences, bidding and creative testing
  • Track cost per lead, lead quality and site visits, and act on what the numbers say
  • Brief our creative team on the videos and images each campaign needs
  • Speak with clients regularly: share reports, explain results and agree next steps
  • Collect lead-quality feedback from client sales teams and use it to improve campaigns
What We're Looking For

Requirements.

  • 1–3 years running lead-generation campaigns on both Meta Ads and Google Ads (both are required)
  • Comfortable reading campaign data and explaining it simply to a client
  • Clear, confident spoken and written English and Hindi for client calls and reports
  • Real estate lead-generation experience is a strong plus
  • Can join immediately or within 15 days
  • Based in Pune and able to work from our Bavdhan office, 6 days a week
