The Role

What you'll actually do.

You'll plan, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns for our developer and channel partner clients, built around where each project is: launch, sustenance or inventory clearance. Every campaign you run is judged on site visits and bookings, not just clicks or CPL. You'll also use AI tools to produce the images, videos and voiceovers that go into those campaigns, and keep TechySharks' AI workflow current as the tools change.

Responsibilities

Day to day.

  • Plan, execute and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns for real estate clients
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategy, audience targeting and creative testing
  • Track cost-per-lead and cost-per-site-visit, and report against booking targets
  • Use AI tools to generate ad images, videos and voiceovers for campaigns
  • Track new AI tools and updates, and bring the useful ones into how we work
  • Coordinate with our WhatsApp automation and sales team on lead handover
What We're Looking For

Requirements.

  • Hands-on experience running Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns, ideally for real estate
  • Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and reading performance data
  • Genuinely good with AI tools: generating images, video and voiceovers, not just prompting a chatbot for text
  • Actively follows what's new in AI, and tries new tools without being asked to
  • Understands lead-gen funnels: from ad click to site visit to booking
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Pune, this is a hybrid role
